Tibet

First time visiting Tibet, literally breath-taking. A very unique and primal place, one of a kind. But the Acute Mountain Sickness is no joke. It's so difficult to breathe here.

The city of Lhasa, at about 3500m above the sea level, our hotel, local eats.

The Potala Palace, 布达拉宫, and the Dazhao Temple, 大昭寺. The classic, too famous that they don't need no introduction.

Namucuo, 纳木措, or The Sky Lake, 5500m above the sea level. Located on the Tanggula Mountains. Takes a few hours by car to get there from Lhasa, and you will be ascending drastically from 3500m to 5500m along the way. You definitely wanna prepare enough oxygen for the trip. 5500m altitude gives you a whole new level of Acute Mountain Symptoms. This is a place you won't regret visiting, but might not wanna visit again for extreme environment.
